Each year Wawa Welcome America provides a platform for local entrepreneurs, vendors, and artists to connect with thousands of Philadelphians and visitors throughout the 16-day festival. If you would like to be considered for participation in a Wawa Welcome America event, please click on one of the tabs below and complete the form on that page.

Submitting your information does not guarantee that you will be selected to participate in a Wawa Welcome America event. If your business or performance-style fits the needs of Wawa Welcome America, please apply by April 5, 2024. If you are selected, a member of our team will be in contact with you on or before June 1, 2024.

Wawa Welcome America gives preference to Philadelphia-based businesses and artists. Additionally, in accordance with the Welcome America Supplier Diversity program, we are committed to promoting diverse businesses, including minority-owned, woman-owned, LGBT-owned and veteran-owned businesses. If your business can be classified as either of these, even if it is not formally certified, please let us know.

The Wawa Foundation Hero Award honors a non-profit organization that is committed to serving Philadelphia by providing services that build stronger communities through preserving our independence, protecting our safety, and mentoring and inspiring our youth.
