Esperanza Arts Center

Esperanza Arts Center (EAC) is the center for Latino arts and culture in the Philadelphia region – presenting music, dance, theater, and cinema from Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as a broad spectrum of traditions from around the world.

For more than 30 years, Esperanza has been empowering those on a pathway out of poverty in the Hunting Park section of North Philadelphia by offering programs that cultivate self-belief, grit, and knowledge acquisition, allowing clients and students to develop agency, voice, and influence over their own lives.
