Celebrate the 250th anniversary of America with the Philly Pops on the Independence Concert Series Stage presented by VISIT PHILADELPHIA® at Independence Mall featuring a headlining performance by multi-platinum-selling singer/songwriter and Tony Award-winning performer Idina Menzel. Enjoy a patriotic evening of live orchestral music, favorite tunes, and festive cheer in the heart of Philadelphia’s historic district.
The concert will begin at 8:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive early. Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are invited to bring chairs and/or blankets to enjoy the concert from the lawn.
Guests can enjoy a pre-concert block party beginning at 5:00 PM featuring food trucks and giveaways, including free krimpets courtesy of Tastykake, our Snack Break Partner of the Day, and free Sparkling Ice beverages. Cool down with free iced teas and lemonades provided by Wawa (while supplies last).
