The Print Center welcomes visitors to enjoy our internationally renowned exhibitions of contemporary photography and print, and to shop in our Gallery Store, which offers artist books and artwork from 100 local, national and international artists. Founded in 1915, The Print Center is a nonprofit gallery nestled in the heart of Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square neighborhood in a charming, historic carriage house.
On view from April 24 – July 25, 2026, “America Today: Voices in Contemporary Print” highlights the power of print as a medium for expressing political ideals and urgent societal concerns. The exhibition brings together contemporary artworks from six community-centered, mission-based printshops across the US to consider the breadth of democracy and the American experience in the context of the nation’s 250th anniversary.
