Free Museum Days: Lemon Hill Mansion Museum

Lemon Hill Mansion is a historic house museum highlighting Federal architecture and featuring spectacular views of the city of Philadelphia. Lemon Hill Mansion was built by wealthy merchant Henry Pratt in 1800 as the centerpiece of his garden estate. A beloved place of recreation for 19th century Philadelphians, Lemon Hill was the first property purchased by the City of Philadelphia in creating the new Fairmount Park.

There will be free jazz music on the front lawn in the afternoon from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
