As part of Red, White, and Blue To Do this block party will include music, food, family-friendly activities and games, plus highlights from Historic District attractions.
The Block Party will also include special performances by Banda de Guayanilla, Romford Drum & Trumpet Corps, Project Positive and DJ!
Red, White, & Blue To-Do Pomp & Parade kicks off at the National Constitution Center, 525 Arch Street, featuring 13 whimsical red wagon floats decked out with Philadelphia icons and patriotic flair. The Parade also features drill teams, cultural dance troupes, and national and international youth performers representing the diversity of the city. Launching from the National Constitution Center, the parade travels past the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, turning right on 3rd Street, and ending at Walnut Street.
Guests can enjoy fun freebies, including tasty Herr’s chips, samples of Rita’s Italian Ice while supplies last and cooling towels courtesy of Bank of America.
